Traditional Korean Karate for kids, taught in a structured, age-appropriate way. Strong stances, real technique, and the focus and self-discipline that come with them. Classes begin Wednesday, September 9.
Our Kids Karate program introduces children ages 5-15 to Korean Karate in the Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan tradition - the same art our adult students train, scaled to what kids can absorb and enjoy. Classes are 45 minutes, fast-moving, and built around clear goals so students can see themselves improving week to week.
Kids work on stances, blocks, strikes, and kicks, then put them together in forms and controlled drills. Along the way they pick up the things that matter more than technique: paying attention, trying again after a miss, and treating training partners with respect.
Saturday, August 29. Two one-hour sessions, so pick whichever fits your day. Kids get a real class, parents get to meet the instructor and ask questions. No experience needed.
