Rooted in post-war Korea, our Korean Karate program blends history, philosophy, and physical training to promote personal growth and well-being. All ages and skill levels welcome.
Korean Karate at Old Town Martial Arts is rooted in the Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan tradition - a style developed in post-war Korea that draws from Shotokan Karate, Chinese Kung Fu, and indigenous Korean martial arts. It emphasizes strong stances, powerful strikes, precise kicks, and disciplined forms practice.
Training develops not just physical skills but mental focus, respect, and self-discipline. Whether you're new to martial arts or have prior experience, our program meets you where you are and builds a solid foundation of technique and character.
